This research is devoted to discuss the psychological disorders and its effects on marriage and divorce. It started off by the definition of the psychological disorder by showing the two words. Then it defined the psychological disorder according to the Moslems scholars and psychologists. After that it made a distinction between the psychological disorders and similar terms as mental disorders. Moreover, it presented different types of psychological disorders among the most famous global classifications. It also mentioned the effect of the psychological disorders on the provisions of marriage including the marriage of the person who suffers from this disorder. Finally we concluded by mentioning the effects of the psychological disorders on the provisions of divorce through questions such as: the divorce, return and erac of the person who is psychologically disordered.
